March 30, 2014 - An original choral setting by Bill Sherrill of Sidney Lanier's text Into the Woods My Master Went was premiered by the Berea Friendship UMC choir and cellist Christine Lee.

October, 2013 - Bill Sherrill's Divertimento for Strings was performed at Carnegie Hall in a program promoting the release of the Parma CD Moto Perpetuo.

August, 2013 - A Sherrill arrangement of the hymn O Thou, In Whose Presence for choir, keyboard, and violin was selected for a choral reading session attended by some 100 musicians at Virginia Wesleyan College in Norfolk, Virginia

September, 2012 - An original choral setting composed by Bill Sherrill of the poem Forever by Dana Wildsmith was recorded by the choral group EVOCATUS and posted on YouTube. The score was later included in Dana's book of poetry, Christmas in Bethlehem, published in 2013 by FutureCycle Press.

April 16, 2012 - Bill Sherrill's Ave Verum Corpus  was broadcast (and webcast) over KRZA on Sunday, April 15th. The recording used was sung by the New York Virtuoso Singers, with Harold Rosenbaum conducting, in 2007 in New York City.

January 31, 2012 - PARMA Recordings will produce and market a new CD featuring cellist Ovidiu Marinescu, which will include Bill Sherrill's "Divertimento for Strings." Concerts in the Philadelphia and NYC areas in 2012 will showcase the CD, and NAXOS will distribute it worldwide. This string orchestra work will be published by Imagine Music in 2012.

May 5, 2011 - In late April 2011, Bill Sherrill's choral arrangement of Little Children, Wake and Listen was accepted for publication by World Library Publications of Franklin Park, Illinois.

April 24, 2011 - An original setting, by Bill Sherrill, of the Christina Rossetti poem, "An Easter Carol," was premiered by the Berea Friendship UMC.
